Current Delivery Times
Our standard delivery is 1-3 working days.
You will get an email once your order is dispatched with your tracking number on, and you will be able to track your order.
We do have an option to upgrade to next day delivery if you need your order sooner.
MY ACCOUNT
How Do I Make An Account?
To make an account with us at clickinit.co.uk, you can easily follow the registration options found on "Create An Account".
Once you have selected the link above, you will then be redirected to another page where you will need to fill in your personal details accordingly.
Once you have filled in your information correctly, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you have provided in your registration set up, to confirm you have successfully created an account with Clickin It.
How Do I Amend My Personal Details In My Account?
You will need to sign into your account in order to make amendments to your personal details. Once you have signed into your account, Click 'view addresses' to make any changes you wish to make. Please make sure to save changes to your account before exiting the page, otherwise changes may be lost!
Do I Need To Make An Account To Place An Order?
You do not need to create an account with us in order to place an order. However, we strongly recommend you create an account before doing so. In fact, there are many benefits to you creating an account with us. One of those is our Amazing 'Lots For Loyalty' Programmes.
How Do I Receive Clickin It's Newsletter?
If you wish to sign up to receive our newsletter, then you can subscribe using the Join box on our homepage. Here you will need to provide your information in order to sign up to our newsletter. If you already have an account with us, you should already have opted in to our newsletter!

How Do I Place An Order?

Can I Track An Order Once It Has Been Processed?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation invoice sent directly to your email address. Then, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a further email with your tracking information, so you can keep up to date with your parcel!
Can I Add An Item To An Order After It Has Been Placed?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow you to add / amend items after an order has already been placed.
I Have Received An Item That Is Damaged, What Should I Do?
We are sorry if you have received good from us that have been damaged / faulty. We constantly review our quality control procedures to reduce occurrences like this happening.
If you have received a damaged / faulty item(s), then place get in touch with us at cs@clickinit.co.uk. In respect of the damaged items please get in touch with us as soon as possible after receipt of delivery; preferably via email – with a clear photograph of the damaged item(s), Here we will then review and arranged a refund to be issued if necessary. If you accept the delivery, please handle with due care and please provide photographic evidence both of the damaged parcel and any subsequent damaged product(s).
How Do I Pay For My Order?
In order for an order to come through onto our system, it must be paid for on the checkout page of the website, you can pay via credit or debit card via our secure world pay checkout system (world pay is one of the most secure checkout services in the world).
Where Is My Order?
Find the latest status for your order inside your Order History.
After your order has been dispatched and scanned into the courier depot you will be able to track your order via your consignment number.
If you believe your order may be missing or have any further queries, please contact our Customer Service team.
Can I Cancel My Full Order?
You have the right to cancel your complete order within 14 days for a refund, of which will be issued back to the payment method used on your original order. Please note ALL Cancelled orders will incur a 5% administration fee. It is your responsibility to cover the return cost of postage and to return the goods in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Clickin It will not be responsible for the loss of returned goods, so we advise you to retain your proof of shipping when sending your products back to us.
This right does not extend to cancellation of part orders or orders not returned in their original packing and re-sellable condition.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via cs@clickinit.co.uk with your order details so we can direct you further.
Clickin It reserve the right not to accept orders from individuals who repeatedly cancel full orders.
Will The Product I Receive Look The Exact Same As The Product Image?
The product will be exactly as described, however as manufacturers can vary their product packing from time to time, the packaging of the product may be slightly different depending on potential promotional offers etc.
Refund Policy
For refunds, you have to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us why you are requesting a refund, you then have another 14 days to return the goods (this does not include food products), If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via cs@clickinit.co.uk with your order details so we can direct you further. Please note it is the customers responsibility to pay for returned parcels. Clickin It reserve the right not to accept orders from individuals who repeatedly cancel full orders.

Who Picks And Packs My Order?
As soon as your order has been placed, this is then allocated to a member of our dispatch team.
Our dedicated warehouse & dispatch team work around the clock to carefully pick and pack your orders, making sure to carry out exceptional packing procedures so that you receive nothing less than perfect. Once your parcel is ready to be shipped, your goods are passed on to our courier service who will personally deliver your order straight to your door.
Who Are The Couriers That Will Deliver My Parcel?
We work with Evri, Yodel and DPD – We will email you with your tracking information for which courier once your order has been placed.
What Happens If I Miss My Delivery?
Rest assured, if you are not in you will either receive a card from our courier advising you how to rearrange delivery or our courier will leave a card and try again the day after! If we are likely to encounter problems delivering to your address, please let our customer service team know at cs@clickinit.co.uk,
What Happens With Large Deliveries?
It is possible that you may receive multiple boxes depending on how much you have ordered with us. We will email you all tracking numbers once your order has been placed.

What Is A Best Before Date?
When making decisions as to whether to eat “out of date” food you can ignore both sell by and display until dates. The dates you want to pay attention to are best before and use by.
Best before dates are an indicative guide of when the quality of food or drink will start to change. They are not to do with safety. Food that has passed its best before date is safe to eat.
Best before should be considered a rough guide rather than a strict rule. There is no reason to throw away food that goes past its best before date, it is perfectly safe to eat and will often taste just as good.
The government has actually considered scrapping best before dates to help prevent food waste. Best before dates can give a misleading impression that food is no longer suitable for consumption, meaning lots of consumers will throw out their food after the best before date has passed when they don’t need to. The UK throws away seven million tonnes of food and drink every year; two million of this is thrown away by households and 670,000 of this is food that has been thrown out because food labels have been misinterpreted. The majority of this could have been eaten. This costs households an average of £470 year in wasted food annually.
If you want to reduce your food waste footprint, don't throw out food just because it has passed its best before.
